MTSNC cares for every patient
“Every animal that comes through our doors is someone’s family.”
Why It Matters

We exist so that no family has to choose between their pet and their rent.

In Middle Tennessee, thousands of pets go unspayed and unneutered every year — not because their owners don’t care, but because they cannot afford the surgery. The result: more unplanned litters, more strays, more overcrowded shelters, and more euthanasia.

MTSNC was built to interrupt that cycle. We provide high-quality surgeries at prices families can genuinely afford — made possible entirely through private donations, state grants, and the generosity of our community.

“I have taken many foster dogs here and my own personal cats and dogs. They have always provided an excellent service, and they truly care about the animals.”
— Michelle W., Repeat Client & Foster Parent

When you donate, you are not just helping one animal. You are funding the infrastructure that makes affordable surgery possible for every family that walks through our door.
